Spencer Pantoja

I am a game theorist working on questions in the union and intersection of political economy and organizational theory. Specifically, I sort my current agenda into two parts. First, the organizations of politics; connecting theory of the firm to political parties, bureaucracies, and other power-sharing coalitions. Second, the politics of organizations; how an organization manages many competing interests, delegates authority, and designs internal collective decision making rules. I am also interested in relational contracts and game-theoretic models of culture.
